Plans to extend a Kenilworth industrial unit have been submitted to Warwick District Council.

James Mann Construction has applied for planning permission for a two-storey front and side extension to the building at Princes Drive.

The scheme would see the unit turned from one into three smaller units.

"The proposed unit has been designed to fit in with the surrounding development with addition influence from the original architectural principals," the application said.

It added: "In conclusion, the appearance from the road of the unit will be improved, correcting the original chamfered frontage."
