Frogmore Woods in Fen End went on the market with Moveli Estate Agents at the start of the year but remains unsold.

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council granted fresh planning permission for the site in 2024.

The local authority had previously given the green light to the development in 2021, but it had not been carried out due to "personal circumstances".
