A former Second World War power station near Kenilworth is on the market for £2 million.
Frogmore Woods in Fen End is being marketed by Moveli Estate agents and is described as "one of the most unusual planning opportunities currently available in the UK".
Set on 55 acres of private woodland, the property has planning permission to be turned into a five-bedroom house.
The brochure says: "This is a property that rewards imagination.
"Picture grand family breakfasts set against dramatic backdrops, winter evenings cocooned by the hush of ancient trees, or summers spent entertaining friends in an enclave of unparalleled privacy.

"Should your entrepreneurial spirit ignite, Frogmore Woods could unlock a world of possibilities, think shooting clubs, whimsical wedding tipi setups, dog-walking adventures, or unique woodland ventures (all subject to securing the necessary approvals).
"Here, you're not just buying property, you're securing a story, a stage, a private Eden.
"It's a brownfield jewel in green belt seclusion, planning-ready, and brimming with potential. Frogmore Woods isn't merely a home; it's a singular opportunity to craft a life as extraordinary as its setting."
Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council granted fresh planning permission for the site in 2024.
The local authority had previously given the green light to the development in 2021, but it had not been carried out due to "personal circumstances".
