Three youngsters recently enjoyed an "memorable celebration" as they had their ears pierced at Kenilworth's new Edmonds Jewellers at a special birthday party.

Imogen, Sienna and Alaya enjoyed a day out at the town centre boutique last month, to celebrate Imogen's special seventh birthday.

As with everything at Edmonds, the event was all about "giving customers something extra", and the girls spent the afternoon being pampered and looked after by the Edmonds team.

Mum Mrs King said she would "highly recommend" the "unique twist" on the birthday party, saying all three girls had a great time and were made to feel very comfortable by the piercing team.

"From start to finish, the afternoon was a huge hit with the three girls and parents," she told Nub News.

"It was well-organized, with the ear-piercing station set up in a comfortable, clean space.

"The team were incredibly professional and made sure that every child (and parent) felt at ease. They took the time to explain the process to the girls, ensuring everyone was calm and excited.

"Imogen and her friends were a little nervous at first, but Vikki's gentle approach and encouragement helped them feel comfortable, and the piercing was done quickly and with minimal discomfort.

"It wasn't just about the piercing – it felt like a memorable celebration.

"The girls got to pick their own style of earrings, received a certificate, sticker and lollipop and were delighted when they were able to have a photo shoot at the end with a fun and funky photo frame!

"I was impressed by the attention to detail, from ensuring the safety and hygiene of the piercings to creating an overall experience that felt fun and celebratory, rather than clinical.

"This was the perfect way to mark such a significant milestone for Imogen, and she's been showing off her new earrings ever since!"

Edmonds Jewellers opened in the centre of Kenilworth last year, after months of work on site turning the former HSBC bank into two stylish new businesses.

The other half of the former bank is now home to Morning Sunshine Coffee, while Edmonds has brought its range of jewellery, bags, accessories and sneakers to town. The business has also been chosen as a dedicated stockist of the Pandora range.

Speaking on the piercing party, owner Carl Edmonds told Nub News: "It was a really lovely day having the girls at Edmonds, we are so happy they enjoyed themselves.

"Edmonds is all about providing our customers - no matter how young - a memorable experience.

"And hopefully that is what we have done with the piercing party and with the new permanent jewellery offer we have recently launched.

"We'd just encourage locals to get in touch to see if there is anything similar we can do for them!"
