The sessions - which run for an hour from 2.45pm - are run by qualified sports therapist Chris Wellington, who has a strong background in sport and rehabilitation.

He has a clear focus on helping patients recover from injury through hands-on treatment, structured rehabilitation programmes and clear, practical education.

Each session will have just a few attendees, meaning everyone will get the tailored support they need.

"Delivered in a small, friendly, and supportive group environment, the class focuses on improving strength, stability, mobility, and confidence through guided exercises tailored to your stage of recovery.
