Potential homebuyers and even locals looking to find out more are invited to a new 99-house development in Kenilworth this weekend to look inside one of the brand new homes on offer.

Miller Homes will be opening the doors to its new 'Marchmont' home at Southcrest Rise - off Glasshouse Lane - for the very first time on Saturday 20 January.

The event will give guests an exclusive first look inside the energy efficient new home, which is now ready to view.

"With prices starting from £299,999 and featuring an open plan kitchen/diner, two double bedrooms with an en-suite to the principal bedroom, garden and off-road parking, this is the perfect place to call home," the Miller Homes team said.

"Our friendly development sales manager will be on hand to give you a tour of this stylish home and talk to you about our range of offers to help you move, including 5 per cent deposit paid on selected new homes.

"No appointment necessary, simply visit us any time between 10.30am and 5.30pm on Saturday 20 January.

"We look forward to welcoming you to Southcrest Rise soon."

The main 'Oxford' style show home at Southcrest Rise was opened in May - complete with a double garage, two of the five bedrooms with en-suites and an impressive kitchen with a central island.

And as part of the development's section 106 investments, Miller Homes will be contributing more than £2 million to the local area.

The money will be spent on education, transport and sporting facilities, with more than £980,000 to go towards early years, primary and secondary education and £176,721 set to go towards creating a new community centre.
