Like so many things this year the Kenilworth Poppy Appeal has had to adapt to the threat of COVID-19; the appeal is now calling on the people of Kenilworth to show an even greater level of support during these difficult times.

This year the Kenilworth Poppy Appeal are opening a 'pop-up poppy shop' to run the 2020 appeal from, at Arthurs on Station Road opposite Wilkinsons.

The shop will be open from 10am to 4pm on the Fridays and Saturdays running up to Remembrance Sunday. The first day of business will be the 23 October 2020 and the appeal will also have stands outside WHS in Talisman Square and the Shakespeare Hospice shop in Abbey End.

Volunteers will soon be out collecting for this year's Poppy Appeal, however due to the impact of Covid-19 some of the team are shielding and unable to join this year.

To make up for this, the appeal are asking for help from the people of Kenilworth, "we're after some extra help this year with the Kenilworth Poppy Appeal, so anytime that you could give would be a great help and very much appreciated.
