Bus fares cut for Kenilworth commuters as lockdown restrictions lifted

National Express has announced cuts to its bus fares to coincide with the relaxation of lockdown restrictions on Monday.

Most Coventry day and week tickets will also now be able to be used across the West Midlands too.

In Kenilworth, the operator runs the number 11 service from Coventry to Leamington, and the 539 between Coventry and Kenilworth via Bagington.

New fares:

- Day Saver (unlimited all day travel): Now £4 to travel everywhere

- Group Day Saver: Reduced to £7 cash on the bus and travel everywhere

- Group Day Saver after 6pm: Reduced to £4 cash on the bus and travel everywhere

- NEW 3 day contactless capping: Never pay more than £11.50

- NEW 7 day contactless capping: Never pay more than £15

- Monthly Direct Debit subscription: Reduced to £50 and travel everywhere

Tickets prices have also been cut for under 18s and for students.
