Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join their team based in Kenilworth. With a focus on delivering top-notch service to clients across the country, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a time-served engineer looking to make a significant impact in the industry. Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of catering equipment at client sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively. Perform repairs and replacements of parts as necessary to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory. Keep abreast of industry developments and recommend innovative solutions to enhance equipment performance. Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Travel extensively across the country to fulfill service requests, with a focus on clients located within a two-hour radius of Kenilworth. Qualifications: Time-served engineer with a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Experience in servicing and maintaining equipment, preferably within the catering industry (desirable but not essential). Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations. Salary and Benefits: Full-time position with a competitive salary of 30,000.
