June Talisman Fringe: 'Just For Laughs'

Join us on the 6th of June for a night of giggles, chuckles and belly laughs at the Talisman Fringe.

James Harris will be hosting this night of mirth and merriment, providing some slices of Stand-Up in between our feast of World Premieres.

Daniel Peckett is taking the directing helm and producing the World Premiere of his short comedy 'A Spirited Performance'. This comedy short sees us watching an audition for the latest horror box office smash but is the auditionee that good or is she really channeling the devil?

Peter Nouwens is bringing an episode of his radio comedy series 'The Hybrids' to life for our second World Premiere. Peter has won numerous awards for his comic writing and we are excited to be given a glimpse into how hybrid working impacts big business in the 21st century. Check your internet connection, make sure you are not on mute and enjoy!

Gill Halford and her team will present our third World Premiere when she produces 'The Profanity Department'. Written by James Harris, this comedy short explores the inner workings of the Oxford English Dictionary and the process through which they go to find new words to include. It really is surprisingly high-pressure work!

Come and join us at either 7:30pm, or 9:00pm at the Holiday Inn on the 6th of June…but remember that it is all "Just For Laughs." - Please note our 7:30pm performance is very often sold out so advance booking is strongly recommended.
