Over 60 and want to improve your fitness, mobility, strength and balance? Move it or Lose it classes are a fun and friendly exercise class for older adults. You'll find a warm welcome, upbeat music and exercises that can be done at your level and range of movement. All the activities can be done seated or standing, and your first class is FREE, then £6 per class. At Abbey Hill Church hall, Kenilworth on Tuesdays 10-11am. Parking available.
