The group offers peer support for anyone experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause. Monthly face to face meetings with speakers alternating with peer support. We listen, respect confidences, and share useful information. Come as often as you find useful.

In March we will have a Q& A with Dr Jacques, Menopause specialist at Abbey Medical Centre & GP Lead for Women's Health in Coventry & Warwickshire.
