Come along for an afternoon of music, creativity and convocation for Dementia awareness and support. Enjoy tea, coffee and biscuits while decorating postcards with pens, pencils and paints.

We'll be asking what your favorite songs are to create a playlist just for you! So have a think and let us know when you get here.

Everyone is welcome to come along and get creative!
