Subject: Medical Detection Dogs

Medical Detection Dogs works with the powerful scenting ability of dogs. The dogs are trained to detect the odour of diseases like cancers, Parkinson's disease, malaria and potentially fatal bacterial infections, as well helping people with complex, life-threatening medical conditions stay safe and lead more normal, independent lives.

These Medical Alert Dogs give their partner the freedom and independence to live a more normal life, including returning to work or study, and help improve the mental well-being of them and their families.

AGM

The meeting will start with our annual general meeting following the agenda previously issued and shown attached here again for reference. The annual accounts have now been audited, thanks to Ray Sheppard for that, where it is suggested we keep the annual subscription at the same rate for another year, a very reasonable £25

Guests are welcome to join us for the talk and mingle afterward with members for a coffee, drink or even lunch as part of our social event.
