Kenilworth Rugby Club has announced this weekend that slots for their October half term multi-sports came are open, after the success of their first summer camp back in August.

Running between Tuesday October 27 to Thursday 29, there are three different camps that are available.

A rugby camp is available across all three days, 9.30am-3.00pm, for children aged 5-12.

Across the same three days and times, there will also be a new multi-sports camp, again aimed at 5-12 year olds.

Kenilworth Rugby Club are also offering a Micro Rugby Camp for children aged 3 and 4 across the three days. These sessions will last from 9.30-12.30pm each day and parents are encouraged to stay and play.

The camp will be led by Kenilworth RFC's Head Coach, Phil Boulton, supported by his team of qualified community coaches.

This opportunity has been facilitated by Community Group Ltd. who are working in partnership with the club to promote the community game.

There are options for booking as a current Kenilworth RFC club member or non-member. The rugby and multi-sports camps will cost £25 per day, with a discounted offer of £60 if you sign up for all three dates if you are a member, and then £30 and £70 respectively for non-members.

The micro rugby camp will cost £40 for three days, or £15 per day.

Attendees are asked to bring a packed lunch, and a refillable drinks bottle.

Open to boys and girls, the camp is also aimed at all abilities.

Director of Rugby Jai Purewal said "the camps and all the activities are designed in such a way that the boy or girl who has been playing for a good number of years, will get the same out of it as someone who is a beginner."

On each camp the attendees will be grouped into age grade related 'bubbles' for the rugby activities.

The Rugby Club has stressed that all Government, RFU, and Kenilworth Rugby guidelines will be followed during this camp.
