This week we have looked at a six-bedroom house on Patel Close, currently available for £979,950.

The house is one of two near-£1 million homes being built by Miller Homes at Southcrest Rise.

Four bedrooms are split on the first floor, with the top floor dedicated to thehuge principal bedroom.

As part of the development's section 106 investments, Miller Homes will be contributing more than £2 million to the local area.

The money will be spent on education, transport and sporting facilities, with more than £980,000 to go towards early years, primary and secondary education and £176,721 set to go towards creating a new community centre.
