Here are our top picks for the coming days:

1. Wellbeing Walks

The Virgins and Castle wellbeing walk is returning this Sunday (August 7).

"Being outside in nature and connecting with others is so good for our well-being and we want to play our part in supporting the mental health and well-being of our community.

"Our well-being walks will start and finish outside the pub. We hope to see you all there!"

2. Book Signing

Come and meet author Jenny Wren-Patrick, who will be signing copies of her book, Mending Broken Lives at Kenilworth Books on Saturday, August 6.

After suffering years of anxiety and abuse, Jenny Wren-Patrick was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. And while learning about her condition helped to explain a lot of her confusion and mood swings, her consultant psychiatrist advised her to take another step forward and start to write down her life's story.

Free to attend!

More details here.

3. Photographic Exhibition

Slightly out of Kenilworth, but running until Sunday is the free-to-attend photographic exhibition run by Leamington Spa Photography Society style group.

Hosted at  All Saints' Church in Leamington Spa, the exhibition is titled 'Work in Progress'.
