Following a competition held by Warwickshire County Council a new gritter has been named in memory of a man from Cubbington. Seven new gritters have been named, five with fun names such as 'Usain Salt' and two with more meaningful stories.
Musicians from the band 'Rosetta Fire' have rerecorded a song to support a WCC campaing. Jimmy Lapworth and Ant Gliddon have recorded a special version of their song 'Love Again' in support of Warwickshire County Council's 'Show You Care' campaign.
Local businesses have come together to sponsor Kenilworth Wardens Junior teams. Kenilworth Wardens Junior Football Club will receive £6,000 over two seasons from two local companies.
