A unique opportunity to purchase a stunning country estate in the Warwickshire countryside featuring four period properties, stables and pasture has come up with a leading property consultancy.

Pinley Abbey Estate, which is set within around 112 acres of exceptional grounds and has been the home of a successful Arab horse stud farm, is on the market with Fisher German for £4.75 million.

Based just outside the village of Claverdon, the estate consists of four detached period dwellings, three of which are grade II listed.

Pinley Abbey is the main family home on the estate which is believed to date back to the 15th century. It boasts four bedrooms and a host of original features including inglenook fireplaces, stone floors and ceiling beams.

Next to Pinley Abbey is Pinley Abbey Cottage, a two-bedroom property renovated to a very high standard.

The third dwelling is Abbey Court - a brick barn conversion complete with a double-height reception hall, four bedrooms, and a snug.

Finally, the historic Chapel Cottage provides holiday accommodation, features two bedrooms and includes a striking stone arch doorway.

The estate also features 29 loose-box stables with an associated tack room, a 40m x 20m manège and extensive well-managed and fenced pastureland for grazing.

Matthew Allen, partner at Fisher German and head of its national country agency team, said: "This is an incredibly rare opportunity to buy a truly stunning estate – properties like these don't come onto the open market very often.

"It would be a wonderful home for a multi-generational family, an ambitious lifestyle business, or an agricultural or equestrian buyer.

"It is set in a beautiful part of the Warwickshire countryside and has bags of historic character.

"We expect there to be a lot of interest, so I'd encourage anyone wishing to find out more to get in touch."
