Two arrests made in connection to van robbery in Kenilworth yesterday

Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Kenilworth.

The incident took place yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 25 November) at around 3.45pm on Clarkes Avenue.

Reports came to the police that "three males in a silver VW Passat followed a van, and two of them then got out and threatened the driver."

The van was a white Ford Transit with the registration of NC57 LLK.

"Two of the males then got into the victim's van and drove off in it, with the VW Passat also leaving the scene.

"One of the suspects was believed to be holding a baseball bat."

Police have today made two arrests in connection to the incident.

A 28-year-old man and an 22-year-old woman were arrested in Stratford and are currently in police custody.

Police are appealing for witnesses of the incident, or anybody with dashcam footage who may have seen the stolen van to please come forward
