A large tree has been brought down on Dalehouse Lane during, blocking one side of the road.

The tree was felled following yesterday's (June 18) storms.

Vehicles can still pass on the other side of the road, with the tree having already been coned off.

A yellow weather alert for thunderstorms had been issued for the whole of the West Midlands by the Met Office on Sunday.

Roads flooded and trees fell across the region last week - with the ford in Kenilworth also high during the wet weather earlier in the week.

Kenilworth Nub News has contacted Warwickshire County Council for details on when the tree will be removed.
