Roadworks on a busy Kenilworth road are causing delays in the town centre.

Traffic lights are in place along Leamington Road at the entrance to the Kenilworth Gate housing estate.

Started on Thursday (October 22), the roadworks are due to finish today.

But the lights have caused queuing in both direction, with traffic backed up across St John's roundabout, Warwick Road and the Thickthorn roundabout.

The traffic lights are in place while two gullies at the entrance to the housing estate are cleaned out and repaired.
