Rumours Hair & Beauty is "proud to announce" it has become an official "Hair Fairy" for the incredible children's charity, Little Lady Locks.

This charity creates beautiful wigs for children and young people experiencing hair loss, helping them regain confidence and feel like themselves again.

As part of their support, Rumours Hair & Beauty is now an official drop-off point for hair donations.

This means that even if you are not a client of the salon, you can still bring your hair donations directly to them.

Rumours also welcomes local hairdressers to collect hair from their own clients and drop it off for donation.

To make your hair donation count, please follow these guidelines:

  • Hair must be at least 7 inches long
  • Hair extensions must be at least 14 inches long & 100% human hair
  • Plait each ponytail and secure with elastic band both ends

And there is more: when you book a haircut specifically for donation at Rumours Hair & Beauty, 50 per cent of the haircut fee will be donated directly to Little Lady Locks - meaning you will be giving twice, both your hair and vital funds to support the charity's work.

"Every strand really does make a difference," the Rumours Hair & Beauty team said.

"We're so proud to support such an inspiring cause and to help children feel like themselves again."

If you'd like to learn more about the charity and the incredible work they do, visit: www.littleladylocks.com.

Donations can be dropped off at: Rumours Hair & Beauty, 4 Oaks Precinct, Caesar Road, Kenilworth
