Over the course of three action-packed days, students from Years 7 at Kenilworth School, Westwood Academy, and Year 6 students from Kenilworth primary schools delved into a world of "fun-filled activities, creating memories, and meeting new friends".

From sports to science workshops, slime making to animal encounters, the camp at Kenilworth School offered a diverse array of experiences to ignite the imagination.

The excitement soared as children navigated through an inflatable assault course, showcased their culinary skills through baking sessions, and honed their teamwork abilities in engaging group activities.

Hot meals for every participant were included daily, ensuring the children stayed energised and fuelled for all the adventures ahead.

Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust (KMAT) was "delighted" to offer this inclusive meal service throughout the duration of the camp and will look to do the same moving forward.

Looking ahead, the trust said it is "thrilled to announce" plans to expand this venture and host more camps during the upcoming summer holidays, with an even broader range of activities and experiences planned for the next run of events,

"Thank you to all the participants, staff, and student helpers who made our Easter Activity Camp a resounding success," said Paul Flowers – KMAT leisure manager.

"Together, we are creating cherished memories and inspiring a passion for learning and adventure in the hearts of our community's children.

"Here's to many more adventures ahead!"

Hayden Abbott – KMAT CEO added: "This has been a very successful Easter camp, and I would like to thank Mr Flowers for organising it and other staff members for their contribution.

"We hope that many other young people from Kenilworth schools will take part in future camps as participation in such activities helps to develop resilience and expand friendships."
