1. Talisman Fringe
The much-loved Talisman Theatre Fringe Nights are back for 2026, offering "fresh, vibrant arts and entertainment" on the first Thursday of each month — beginning with a special February Fringe: Going Solo on Thursday 5 February at the Holiday Inn, Kenilworth.
Launched in 2022, Talisman Fringe has become a highlight of the local arts season, showcasing a fusion of short plays, improv, music, song, poetry and more from both emerging and established performers.
Each event features two performances, at 7.30pm and 9pm, giving the community multiple chances to catch the action in a fun, informal setting.
This February's Fringe night — themed Going Solo — celebrates the dynamic power of individual performance, bringing together a diverse array of solo acts that promise an entertaining and eclectic programme to start the year.

2. Paint Night
Come and enjoy the "most fun creative night" you're ever likely to experience with Painting Perfect - think fun art.
"Our featured painting is our wonderful floral painting - no experience is needed, no drawing, no copying, just great fun," organisers said.
"Using our specially developed techniques we guarantee you will go home with a completed painting, which we think you will love.
"Two award winning professional artists will lead you through the process of you creating your own masterpeice.
"We provide everything and a free glass of wine on arrival."
Hosted at the Abbey Field pub on Monday 9 February.

3. Kenilworth Fringe Festival
Kenilworth Fringe Festival this week features musical performances, dancing, politics and economics.
The new week-long cultural event started on Monday and continues all week at venues around the town, culminating in two full days of events at the Holiday Inn on Saturday and Sunday (Feb 7/8).
Friday's events start with dance classes at Kenilworth United Reformed Church. At 2pm a razzamatazz dance trial will be based around musicals. At 3.15 the emphasis switches to Latin American dance.
The teatime talk features Dr Abay Malutu, who will talk about economics and environmental behaviour at 4.30pm at Greens.
At 6pm at the Holiday Inn, a political discussion and audience Q&A will examine the challenge the rise of populism presents to UK politics nationally and locally. Political journalist Tor Clark, Associate Professor in Journalism at the University of Leicester, will chair at panel featuring Liberal Democrat Kenilworth town councillor Andrew Milton and Green Kenilworth town councillor Akira Summers.
From 6.30pm at the Royal Oak pub musicians Amelia Oliver and Chris and Nick Johnson will be performing.
From 8pm at the Holiday Inn live band Essential 80s supported by Replay will be performing music from the 80s and 90s. Tickets cost £10.
