Here are our top picks for the coming days - including a weekend of free family activities to celebrate Shakespeare Week’s 10th anniversary.

1. Gin and Curry Night

A Kenilworth distillery is set to host a 'Gin and Curry' night this March.

East Chase Distillers has teamed up with new South African street food business Bongo Bunee Chow for the event on Friday 22 March.

"Join us for an evening of Gin & Curry right here at our distillery," organisers said.

"The gin (obviously) will be supplied by us, with the food supplied by Bongo Bunee Chow - Homecooked, authentic Indian Curry, with a South African street food twist (see menu for details).

"So what are you waiting for, we cant wait to see you down here!"

More details here.

2. Cinema

Head to the Talisman Theatre on Saturday (March 23) for the return of Talisman Cinema, this month showing Woman at War!

To her friends, Halla leads a quiet and routine life.

But her happy and upbeat exterior hides a secret double life as a committed environmental activist. Known to others as "The Mountain Woman", she wages a one-woman-war on the local aluminium industry to protect the stunning highland landscape that is under threat.

Just as she begins planning her biggest and boldest operation yet, she receives an unexpected letter that will change everything.

More details here.

3. Paranormal Investigations

Have you every wanted to carry out a paranormal investigation at an Old Theatre, then now is your chance!

An apparition has been seen on numerous occasions on stage at the Priory Theatre, who are they?

Theatre-goers have also reported strange goings on, including the sensation of being touched by unseen hands… and hearing unexplained noises around the building, and a smell of strong perfume has been noticed behind the stage.

Will they make an appearance when Haunted Heritage Paranormal Events are there on Saturday?

More details here.
