Customers are "blown away", they "absolutely love it".

That is the message from the man behind Capsule Holiday Homes, one of the major businesses heading to the NAEC Stoneleigh this June to show off his range of capsule-style holiday homes.

Craig Ledwards is banging the drum that a holiday home can be both luxury and affordable ahead of The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show this June.

The ever-popular show heads back to the showground from 12 to 14 June giving visitors a glimpse into a potentially fantastic leisure opportunity and perhaps even something new to consider for a wonderful retirement lifestyle.

Running for over 30 years, the show's 2026 line-up is set to be the most ambitious yet, featuring residential park homes, luxury lodges, holiday homes, tiny houses, eco‑builds and innovative new concepts.

And in an interview with ITV News earlier this year, Craig showed off one of the "futuristic" Jin Soul capsule holiday homes which he is now shipping in from China to north Wales.

"This is the future," he said.

He continued: "It is open plan which is what people want these days.

"When people go on holiday, they want their experience to be memorable.

"They don't want it to be dark and dingy, they want it to be open plan.

"When you see these in a row, they are really eye-catching.

"Some caravans in a row don't look so eye-catching."

Complete with hydraulic bed, electric blinds, open plan design, kitchen island, floor to ceiling windows, ambient lighting, balcony and an elegant design, the 11.5 metre pods cost £60,000.

And that push to change perceptions around holiday homes and open people's eyes to a completely new lifestyle is what the World of Park and Leisure Homes Show is all about.

Organisers Pat and Jo Turner said: "Park and leisure homes have taken off across the country and abroad in recent years.

"People have more lifestyle choices now and the park homes give people a really different alternative to consider for both their retirement and hard-earned leisure time.

"It's a chance to enjoy beautiful locations on the coast or in the countryside with lots of space, tranquillity, security and with a community of like minded people."

This year's show is particularly special as it will feature stars of ITV's Fletchers' Family Farm, Kelvin and Elizabeth Fletcher who are set to unveil their new Fletcher's Farmhouse Lodge - created with Pathfinder Homes - and to meet the public looking at the lifestyle on offer and fantastic range of homes on view.

Sponsored by Berkeleyparks, the event will also see manufacturer EcoHabs attend for the first time, showcasing their must-see 'fold out container home' - a compact, experimental accommodation concept that folds out on‑site and offers a modern, sustainable approach to leisure living.

This industry leading national event brings the biggest manufacturers and all the related services and suppliers to South Warwickshire providing locals with a 'Not to be missed' opportunity to discover a whole new world and if nothing else, simply a nice free day out looking at wonderfully designed and decorated showhomes in the beautiful grounds of Stoneleigh.

Encouraging locals to come and see for themselves, Pat continued: "Even if you have never given leisure homes or lodges a thought before, what have you got to lose by coming down?

"Hopefully the sun will be shining, but even if it isn't, it's still a great day out.

"Every year I am always pleased to see locals visit, spend much longer at the show than planned and then to see the surprise on their faces at how impressed and amazed they have been with the homes they've viewed."
