Spitfire Homes has opened a "first-of-its-kind" show home at Clarendon, its 182- house estate near Burton Green.

Twenty houses have already been sold as the developer progresses with the first phase of the development off Cromwell Lane.

It has now opened a four-bedroom 'Montagu' show home for buyers to look around.

Operations Director, Matt Vincent, said: "The launch of the new show home offers those looking for a premium home in the area the chance to experience Spitfire's unique approach to design within our Clarendon collection.

"The community is now firmly established, with four individual show homes showcasing the breadth and variety of homes available across the collection.

"We're delighted to showcase the Montagu and expect it will further accelerate the interest in joining this highly sought-after new address."

Spitfire Homes is having to pay £1.8 million to local services through a section 106 agreement - a legal document signed by developers with the local council.
