The building long known to residents as 'The Kenilworth' has a new chapter.

The grade II listed, 16th century property has officially reopened as The Rose & Rampart, offering boutique self-catering stays for couples, business travellers, families, and groups of up to 12.

The former cocktail bar - which closed last year - has been split in three, comprising No.63 The Rose & Rampart, the adjoining Garden Cottage, and neighbouring No.59.

The collection offers flexible accommodation for every kind of stay - from an intimate boutique cottage for two, right through to exclusive use of all three properties together, sleeping up to 12 guests across six king size bedrooms.

Each property has been "carefully restored to preserve its historic character", while offering the comforts of modern self-catering: boutique-style en-suites, fully equipped kitchens, and private outdoor space, including a shared rear courtyard garden at the heart of the site.

The transformation marks a new chapter for the site, while retaining the character and history that made it such a familiar part of the town,

The properties are available to book individually or together, with the full compound offering a unique option for weddings, family gatherings, and group celebrations in one of Warwickshire's most historic towns.
