Roads around St John's roundabout in Kenilworth will be closed from tomorrow for resurfacing, the council has confirmed.

The following closures will be in place from 9.30am to 3.30pm between Monday June 26 and Friday 30:

  • St. Johns between its junctions with A452 Warwick Road from Kenilworth and Warwick Road (southbound slip-road) to Leek Wootton (clockwise direction).
  • A452 Warwick Road from Clarke's Avenue to St. Johns (Southbound carriageway only).
  • A452 Leamington Road between its junctions with St. Johns and Bullimore Grove.

In addition, the one-way traffic flow on Warwick Road, (southbound slip-road), will be temporarily reversed.

The weight restriction on Warwick Road, Leek Wootton between A429 Coventry Road Roundabout and Rouncil Lane, will also be temporarily suspended.

A notice on the Warwickshire County Council website says the works are for "carriageway resurfacing and associated works".

More details can be found on the council website.
