Reform's 'key priorities' for Warwickshire still unknown say opposition

Opposition councillors are calling on Reform UK to lay out their priorities for Warwickshire ahead of the next leadership vote next week.
After taking the most seats but no overall majority at the Warwickshire County Council (WCC) elections in May, Reform has faced repeated calls from the other parties to spell out their plan for the coming years.
After Cllr Rob Howard was named group leader, he was then voted in as council leader with Reform backed by the Conservatives to take control.
His stint in charge lasted just 41 days before he stepped down, with Reform announcing over the weekend that 19-year-old Cllr George Finch will take over as group leader.
Following the news the Liberal Democrats - the second biggest party at WCC - called on the teenage leader to make Reform's priorities clear.
"We see that Reform UK has chosen Cllr George Finch to lead them in Warwickshire," a group statement said.
"But it's at the council meeting on July 22 where councillors will elect the Leader of Warwickshire County Council.
"Residents, communities, businesses and other organisations still do not know the specific key priorities for Reform in Warwickshire.
"So we call on Cllr Finch to present these plans by July 22, so that everyone knows what they wish to do if they are running the council.
"Warwickshire County Council is in a no overall control situation and the Conservatives supported Reform at the last council meeting - will they do it again?"
