An unlicensed scrap collector was stopped and reported this week in Kenilworth.

Officers from Warwickshire Police's Operational Policing Unit stopped the man in his Transit Van on Leyes Lane.

The man was unlicensed and had no valid insurance covering him for scrap metal collection.

Officers reported the driver to court and seized the van.
