Over 100 acres of land near Henley available for £2.65m
Two neighbouring plots of land on the outskirts of Henley-in-Arden have been put up for sale for a combined £2.65 million.
Marketed separately, the two parcels of land of Liveridge Hill total over 100 acres and are both available through property consultants The Agents.
The more expensive of the two comes in at £1,400,000.
The brochure describes it as: "A rare chance to purchase a large parcel of land extending to 45.4 acres of mixed pasture and woodland for sale on the edge of the popular village of Henley in Arden with a range of buildings on site.
"An excellent opportunity to purchase a large parcel of land with the potential for multiple uses.
"There [are] two barns situated on the land, a brick-built barn and a metal agricultural barn, which may provide an excellent opportunity for either a conversion or a replacement dwelling/ dwellings subject to planning permission.
"It is also worth noting there is also a static caravan located close to the barns, that has been on-site for an excess of 10 years."
Meanwhile the other plot, to the north, extends 49 acres and is priced at £1,250,000.
The land has an access on Camp Lane and - like the other piece - is being sold "subject to all rights of way and easements that may exist".
The brochure simply says it is: "An excellent opportunity to purchase a large parcel of land with the potential for multiple uses."
