A "luxury" gated residential park in South Warwickshire is hosting an open event this weekend as its new show homes open.

Outhill View, near Henley in Arden, will host the event on Saturday 25, and Sunday 26 April, inviting prospective buyers to explore the development.

The development is for over-45s only and there are now just 27 of 55 planned homes remaining.

Alison Dallimer, sales manager at Outhill View, said: "With the welcome arrival of spring sunshine, it's wonderful to see the community really coming to life.

"Each new resident adds to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that people are looking for when they come here.

"Our Open Weekend is particularly special as we'll be showcasing three beautifully designed show homes, giving visitors more choice and inspiration than ever before."

For the first time, three show homes will be available to view at Outhill View.

Two will be making their debut: the Omar Anniversary (45 x 20) and the Omar Breckland (40 x 20). They will be joined by the popular Omar Ikon (40 x 20).

Homes at Outhill View are fully fitted, energy‑efficient and ready to move into, with buyers able to choose from a range of bespoke layouts and specifications tailored to their lifestyle.

Prices start from £250,000, with up to 100% part‑exchange available, making the move stress‑free and straightforward.

Developed by UK‑wide EKOS Homes, Outhill View will eventually comprise 55 luxury residential park homes positioned among Warwickshire's green fields and woodland.
