A new Kenilworth street food eatery is set to introduce a brand new breakfast menu next month.

From February 1, diners will be able to start their day off at Albion Street Kitchen, with a range of dishes on offer, and at great value.

Since opening in September, the Albion Street restaurant has been a big hit with locals, with its menu packed with pan Asian cuisine, wraps, burgers, wings and loaded fries.

Having been granted an alcohol licence in October, the business has continued to diversify, with the new breakfast offering the latest expansion plan.

"We are really excited to be launching more breakfast offers from February 1," owner Joseph Rayappan told Nub News.

"Our festive dishes went down really well, and lots of people have been enquiring about breakfasts since we opened.

"We are all about offering great quality, locally-sourced food, at great prices. Our new breakfast will continue that!"

Breakfasts will be available from 8.30am to 1pm Monday to Saturday.

Highlights of the menu include a new breakfast wrap, loaded beans and vegan and veggie breakfasts.

And customers will be able to add a cup of instant tea or coffee with any breakfast or main dish until 1pm - until the end of April.

"There is something for everyone on our new breakfast menu," Joseph added.

"All the dishes are great value, and we have worked hard to create a menu that offers something different to anywhere else locally."

Albion Street Kitchen was launched by friends, Joseph, Naga and Kumar, a year after they opened Crown Street Food in Lillington, and brings together their 25 years of hospitality experience.

The trio took over at the former Cherry Tree Café after it closed, and spent around four months completely renovating the venue.

The business is also encouraging local offices and businesses to head to Albion Street Kitchen for relaxed lunchtime meetings.

And after a "fantastic" first few months, Joseph was quick to thank the various supporters across the town.

"The feedback has been really good so far and we are already getting regular customers," he said.

"We have a good rating on social media, and people have been very supportive on Facebook.

"It has been great so far and we already have lots of regulars.

"Of course when you work for other people you put your heart and soul into what you do, but when it is for yourself you get that extra boost and energy.

"And the positive feedback only adds to that feeling."
