Residents can now apply for a new green waste permit for the next year from Warwick District Council.

The council introduced the new charges in 2022 as part of the 123+ collection scheme.

Households have to buy a new permit each year.

Originally the permits cost £40, but for the next year will be priced at £51.

The new service runs from 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2027.

This also includes a two-week break for Christmas.

Permits can take up to two weeks to be delivered.
