A garage in Kenilworth is set to go under the hammer next month, with a guide price of just £10,000.

Local auctioneers Loveitts will sell off the storage space on Priory Road on Thursday 16 May, alongside a host of other lots.

The property is simply described as a "single garage, within a block, close to Kenilworth town centre, located in between Abbey Hill and Kenilworth railway station".

The brochure also said the garage is an "ideal investment opportunity or storage".

The auction will take place at 6.30pm at Canley Village Hall in Coventry.

Other lots to go under the hammer include a garage in Eastern Green, a plot of land in Meriden and several houses in Earlsdon.

The garage is accessed via a short drive between numbers 29 and 31 Priory Road - neither of which are associated with the sale.
