Locals were out in force as the Kenilworth Food Festival returned today (July 30).

Despite the increasingly wet weather as the day progressed, Warwick Road and Abbey End were packed with people making the most of the 100 food and drink traders which came to town.

A separate craft market was also held in Talisman Square.

Live music was provided from a variety of performers on the temporary stage in the town centre.

To set up for the event, organiser CJ's Events Warwickshire organised road closures, which are expected to be completed by 11pm tonight.
