An independent Kenilworth estate agent has reported record sales this year as the business continues to grow.

Julie Philpot Residential, which launched in 2019, has gone from strength to strength.

And releasing an update to customers, founder Julie Philpot said business has continued to grow despite uncertainties within the housing market this autumn.

"This year has been another busy year with record sales for the business which I am very pleased to be able to report," she said.

"As the summer progressed interest rates began to rise and it has been an interesting autumn.

"There have been a few weeks of uncertainty but generally speaking it is still a positive housing market out there, there are still plenty of buyers who are actually still buying properties - I am pleased to say!"

Julie, who has taken on more staff this year to keep up with demand, said she recognised that lower rate mortgages are still harder to find than before, but added: "Things are still looking positive."

"Kenilworth is a nice place to live, and people do always want to purchase properties here. This is a place that is in demand," she said.

"I am finding that people are still viewing, there are plenty of viewings still taking place, plenty of offers going in and we are still successfully selling.

"If you would like any advice or you would like to discuss the housing market with me in greater detail, please do get in touch, it would be a pleasure to help."
