A Kenilworth consultancy company is inviting businesses to take part in a free five day coaching course to consider their strategy and aims for 2021

Illuminate Retail, which is run by Alice Stanek and Louise Hanson, is a consultancy company which aims to promote local retail businesses, helping them focus to "promote sales, boost profit margins and drive stock efficiencies across traditional retail and digital platforms."

Their free 'Five Day Challenge' is aimed at supporting businesses as they kick start the new year, especially in light of the current global situation.

The course, which starts this Monday (January 11) will run for the rest of the week and will give local businesses free access to the combined 40-years experience and knowledge of Alice and Louise.

Across the week business owners will be guided through:

- Creating a coherent and effective business strategy for 2021

- Finalising a simple sales plan

- Tips on how to boost customer engagement on social media and beyond.

The Five Day Challenge will also provide networking with other retailers.

Speaking to Kenilworth Nub News Alice said "The purpose of this is to support and offer advice, top tips and steps to build a 2021 plan and business strategy that focuses on setting realistic goals, financial plans, understanding their customer demographic and how to market to this group!

"Each day will be focusing on a different topic and there will be a morning tutorial for 20 minutes and an evening 30-minute open Q&A session to go over any queries and questions regarding the tutorial."

As well as the two daily tutorials, the Illuminate Retail team will be on hand all week to answer questions and queries as well as to provide general support.

If you are interested in taking part then please contact Illuminate Retail on Facebook, or on Instagram to book your slot.
