"The young people have an array of needs, the role of staff is to ensure they are home, safe and there are no safeguarding concerns."

The duties include;

- Share information with the wider team to ensure good communication and continuity of support

- Complete daily health and safety checks in the properties

- Complete daily support logs and send these to the lead worker

- Support young people in maintaining a clean and safe living environment

- Ensure that any repairs are reported

- Maintain a good relationship with neighbours and the surrounding community

- Undertake any other duties consistent with the post

- Adhere to policies and procedures at all time
