Organisers have announced the full details as Kenilworth Lions' Grand Show returns to Abbey Fields on Saturday (June 8).

The town centre park will be taken over by live bands, stalls, dancing and food and drink from 12.30pm.

There will also be a display of vintage Alvis and Morgan cars taking part in the free event in Abbey Fields.

And a number of local businesses including The Warwickshire, Harringtons on the Hill and East Chase Distillers have all donated to the raffle.

Organisers said: "Kenilworth Lions Grand Show is one of the highlights in the calendar of Summer events in Kenilworth.

"This year it will be held on Saturday 8 June and will take place as usual in the historic setting of Abbey Fields.

"Lions are looking forward to the event as it is an opportunity to thank our town for the support given throughout the year. It is well supported with stalls from local charities, local organisations and our valued corporate sponsors.

"The Grand Show offers free admission and will include stalls enabling a large number of local organisations to raise much needed funds for their own charitable causes. There will be food and drink providers along with entertainment from the music stage and a number of arena events.

"The afternoon kicks off at 12.30 pm and includes games, live music and live entertainment throughout the afternoon into the evening.

"It is a great time for all, come and see for yourself."
