Free outdoor fitness classes will once again be held in Kenilworth as 'Fitness in the Fields' returns this summer.

Organised by Rotary Club of Kenilworth, the sessions will be led by Niki Falvy of Indulgdance Fitness in Leamington Spa.

The scheme was launched last year with sessions attended by all ages from youngsters to a lady in her 90s.

This year two different classes will be run in Abbey Fields from the end of June.

Returning from last year, dance and tone classes will be held every Thursday from June 30 to July 21 at 10.00 am for 45 mins.

And new for 2022 will be the good morning stretch with mindfulness group every Monday from June 27 to July 18 at 10.00 am for 45 mins.

Participants can sign up online and encouraged to wear comfortable trainers and sportswear for the sessions. And on Mondays a mat or thick towel to sit on would help.

Classes will meet at the War Memorial and there will be rotary banners in place to signpost.
