Fortnight of closures and traffic lights for Stoneleigh Road to start next week

A fortnight of closures for Stoneleigh Road will begin next week.
The road will shut at various times around Stoneleigh Park between Monday 1 December until Saturday 13 December 2025.
The road will be closed Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 3.30pm and on Saturdays from 7am to 2pm.
Outside the closure times, the road will be open and managed with temporary traffic lights.
The closures are for HS2 works.
HS2 said: "We are progressing works on the construction for the realignment of B4113 Stoneleigh Road.
"In preparation for the phased works starting in 2026, we will need to do some utilities investigatory works along the carriageway.
"To carry out the works in a safe and secure environment, we will need a daytime road closure with temporary traffic lights."
Access to properties, and for cyclists and pedestrians will be maintained throughout the works.
