A former toilet block in Knowle has been put on the market.

The unit at the junction of Warwick Road and Station Road is being sold on a new 150 year lease at peppercorn ground rent.

Property agent Siddall Jones said it is an "attractive building" which would be suitable to be turned into an office.

The price is only available on application.

The brochure describes it as: "An attractive detached building of traditional masonry construction surmounted by a pitched tiled roof.

"The property comprises of a bus stop and former public conveniences which are located prominently on the corner of Station Road in Knowle.

"The former public conveniences in Knowle, along with the demised external areas, offer potential for redevelopment to suit office, F&B, or retail occupiers seeking to enhance the local public realm and amenity offering.

"Rights will be reserved within the lease for the public to access and use the existing bus stop shelter forming part of the structure of the building."

However, the deadline for written offers was last week.
