A commercial unit in Kenilworth has been put up for sale by online auction.

The former coffee shop on Castle Hill is on the market with HR Estate Agents, with a guide price of £360,000.

The building is home to the café on the ground floor as well as two residential apartments.

It is described as an "investment opportunity".

The brochure says: "Zacharias Ermogenous is proud to present this exceptional freehold mixed-use investment opportunity occupying a prominent position on the highly sought-after Castle Hill, one of Kenilworth's most historic and characterful streets."
