UPDATE: Woman in her 60s dies following major overnight crash on M40

A woman in her 60s has died following a major crash on the M40 in south Warwickshire last night (June 21).
A man aged 54 has also been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and he remains in police custody.
Warwickshire Police first reported the incident on the southbound carriageway near Warwick at around 10.50pm yesterday.
Police, Warwickshire Fire and Rescue, West Midlands Ambulance Service and National Highways officers were all called to the scene where the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries are ongoing and Police are asking anyone with dashcam footage, who witnessed the collision or who has information that can help to get in touch.
Those with information should quote incident number 472 of 21 June.
Delays remain on the M40 and the southbound carriageway remains shut between junctions 16 (Hockley Heath) and 15 (Warwick).
Two of three lanes on the northbound carriageway have also been shut to assist crews on site.
A diversion is in place.
National Highways said: "Warwickshire Police are leading the response at this stage with collision investigation work ongoing.
"National Highways Traffic Officers and contractors are also in attendance to assist with strategic closures on the approach."
