Busy Kenilworth road closes for a week for resurfacing

A busy Kenilworth road is set to close this week for resurfacing.

Glasshouse Lane will shut between Dencer Drive and Canterbury Close from today (Monday 27 October 2025) until Sunday 2 November 2025.

A diversion will be in place throughout the works.

The works will include "removal and resurfacing of existing binder and surface course".

"A full road closure is required due to the narrow width of the highway, preventing safe access for vehicles to pass," a Warwickshire County Council notice said.
