Appeal for witnesses after cyclist taken to hospital following collision with HGV

Officers are appealing for information after a collision involving a cycling and an HGV near Coventry Airport.

Warwickshire Police is asking for witnesses to come forward following the incident on Siskin Drive shortly after midnight on Wednesday (19 July).

Police and ambulance service attended the scene and the cyclist - a man in his 40s - was taken to hospital with leg injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.

The HGV driver was uninjured.

Enquiries are ongoing and investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who was walking or driving in the area or has dashcam footage of the collision.
