A Dutch rock and blues band is set to come to a Kenilworth pub next weekend as part of a whistlestop tour of the UK.

The Beaujacks will play at The Tiltyard on Sunday 24 May as one of just three dates they are playing before heading back to the Netherlands.

Having played at the Leyes Lane pub on an annual basis for the past few years, their return is very much by popular demand and is the latest in a series of popular events organised by pub owners Amanda and Dave Shipley.

"People know how much we love having them here," Amanda told Nub News.

"If people have seen them before, they already know it's going to be a brilliant night.

"If they haven't they better get this in their diaries and make sure they don't miss out."

The latest in a series of live music nights at The Tiltyard, next Sunday's gig will as always be free to attend.

Dave added: "They're brilliant, they're doing their mini-tour of the UK doing Bristol, Cheltenham and us.

"It is a really good event, there are always lots of people here.

"They really are great, great rock and blues.

"They have played here for a few years, we love having them here and we always make sure there is a weekend free for them."

The Beaujacks also serve as a fantastic warm up before The Tiltyard's popular festival 'Tiltfest' returns on Saturday 6 June.

With an array of live music, food and family fun, Tiltfest promises to be a fantastic afternoon of community fun.

"Since we took over in 2023, we wanted The Tiltyard to be a place where people could come together and really enjoy themselves," Amanda said.

"Live music plays a huge part in that.

"We have had some great bands perform here since we took over, and the aim is always the same - great entertainment in a welcoming local space.

"We are really excited for The Beaujacks to return next week and for Tiltfest a couple of weeks later."
